Let us answer some of your most frequently asked questions here, so you can get back to selling and business stuff
Our current minimum order for white label is just £75 plus VAT and delivery.
We no longer allow add-ons after a few customers a couple of years back abused the system to keep adding full orders and jumping the queue. To keep things fair, we just stopped it.
As long as the order hasn't been packed and ready to ship, yeah you can. But our lead time is low, so be fast.
Again, it depends on how quickly we've processed them and how many orders are inbetween. In most cases yes, but to be fair to everyone, we work through orders in date order, so not always.
Our standard delivery is £8, and we currently ship with FedEx on a 24 hour service. Shipping to some locations may cost more and use a different courier such as Highlands, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland etc.
The 24 hour delivery time is from when it's shipped and collected, to when you receive it. Not from when you order. Our lead time is updated on the banner at the top of the website.
In rare cases, delays can happen, traffic, driver off sick, van breakdown and so on. But if you get in touch with us if you don't receive your parcel in 24 hours and we can help you with it.
Yes, if you're local to us, you can choose to collect your order. You'll receive an email when it's ready to collect with instructions.
Our policy for damaged items is to credit your account for them. This saves time returning, or sending out replacements that may get damaged again. Just contact us with your order details, damaged items and if possible, pictures of the damages so we can also raise a claim with our courier.
At the minute, just the Republic of Ireland for our general white label. We are working on opening up our website to the EU, however, for larger volumes, private label jobs we do ship to the EU.
Most of our products come individually packed and labelled with unbranded labelling, however, some come in multipacks with one or several labels for you to use or recreate. This is to save you time and stress when dealing with legal and regulatory issues.
Yes, as long as the original labelling stays on the products, you may add a branded logo somewhere else on the packaging.
Unless you're working with us on a private label project, we strongly suggest no. If you don't fully understand legislation, you could run the risk of fines and even a prison scentence, it's not worth it. Let our experts manage that bit for you.
Indeed, practically all our packaging is widely recyclable, and can generally be thrown in the recycling bin.
